MODIFICATION OF INJECTION MOLD REPAIRS

Each mold wears out over time with use. In order for the life of the mold to be as long as possible, it is necessary to perform the correct service. We will provide service according to your specifications, inspect the mold and prepare a protocol and recommendations on what needs to be repaired or prepared on the mold so that the mold is in the best condition. 
We also provide mold service for molds from the East or the South, when it is not worth sending the molds to the original tool shops. We can point out other critical points that need to be added to the service plan.

We provide design work and consultations, where we can create a tool design or changes for you. We carry out construction work in the CREO system. We share data in universal 3D files such as STEP, IGES, X_T.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

Have you transferred forms, or do you have forms that you don't have data from and need repair or modification? Here too we will help you, we have an ATOS Q scanner with which we will create data for you. We scan parts of the form or the whole form and create or update data with which modification or correction will no longer be a major problem.

We can manufacture individual mold components based on the data provided. Do you have non-standard dimensions and the standardized parts do not fit? It doesn't matter, contact us and we will make them for you according to the specification, or we will modify the buildings so that you can use standardized parts.

Single-purpose equipment or assembly equipment that can enhance your product, save labor or just help your worker with assembly. We will also help you with this. We analyze the assignment together and create a manual, semi-automatic or automatic product to your satisfaction.

WELDING

Modifications and repairs of forms also entail work when it is necessary to add material, with the help of welding. We have welding lasers and Tigs.  We also offer welding services separately. We cook from steel to duralumin, aluminum and aluminum alloys. 

MACHINING

As we are a tool shop with above-standard services, we can also help you with individual machine work, such as milling, turning, electro-erosive excavation or wire cutting. We provide these services from conventional machining to EDM and CNC milling.

POLISHING AND PATTERNS

After changes and repairs on changed passages, traces of machines remain, so that you are satisfied, we offer the quality of the final surface up to a mirror shine, or we can also add a pattern of your choice, which is created by digging, sandblasting or etching.

As we offer comprehensive services, you can always rely on matching changed passages of both local and entire shapes. We can help you with assembly, if your mold is heavier than 25 tons, we will come to you and complete the mold directly at your factory by our expert team.
